Still Dot Studio sells diamond painting kits, accessories, and tools, primarily to customers in the European Union.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. If we discover a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing.

Product contents can vary slightly by supplier batch. Always check the product page for the most up-to-date kit contents.

Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Delivery

We ship to EU destinations only during phase 1. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary by destination and supplier. See our Shipping Policy for current delivery information.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for the full process.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@stilldotstudio.com and we will work to resolve it. EU consumers also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
