Shipping policy
Where we ship
Still Dot Studio currently ships to EU destinations only. Phase 1 countries include Germany, France, the Netherlands, and other European destinations where tracked delivery is available.
We do not ship globally during phase 1.
Delivery windows
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated windows by product type:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and supplier availability. We will not publish a guaranteed delivery window until route checks are confirmed for each product.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and import
Orders are shipped from supplier warehouses. Customs duties or import fees are uncommon within the EU for orders of standard value, but Still Dot Studio is not liable for any customs delays or fees that may apply.
Shipping questions
If you need to check availability for a specific destination before ordering, email support@stilldotstudio.com with your country and the product you are interested in. We would rather give a careful answer than overpromise a delivery window.
Delays
If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@stilldotstudio.com with your order number and we will investigate.
