We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
Your right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@stilldotstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging where possible
- Sent back within 14 days of notifying us
We will confirm return instructions by email once you contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, contact us at support@stilldotstudio.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised items made to your specification
